Job summary
The Salesforce Technical Administrator will support optimise and maintain our global multi-cloud Salesforce environment. As part of the Salesforce CoE you ll collaborate closely with architects developers and support teams to ensure smooth operations strong release hygiene and compliance with governance frameworks.The role involves configuring and maintaining scalable solutions using Salesforce tools such as Flows validation rules custom objects record types and Lightning pages aligning business processes with Salesforce best practices helping ensure solutions deliver measurable business benefits assisting in translating functional business requirements into technical design focused on enabling the business supporting creation of User Stories within a Product Backlog working closely with business analysts stakeholders to review business process optimisation managing sandbox environments preparing deployment packages participating in release readiness activities assisting with technical analysis regression testing documentation of configuration changes coordinating integration architecture teams ensuring platform solutions align broader enterprise standards providing advanced platform troubleshooting proactive enhancements incident resolution contributing configuration standards mentoring junior administrators on scalable platform practices.
