    Description

    We're looking for a flexible and versatile Storeperson to join our team, who is also keen on taking on the role of a Food & Beverage Attendant at our various airport venues.

    In this hybrid position, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day functioning of our warehouse. You will be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of storage areas, ensuring goods are received, stored and delivered in line with internal procedures and HACCP and Food Safety standards. Additionally, you'll be the friendly face representing one of our airport venues as a food and beverage attendant.

    Requirements

    • Manage the inward and outward dispatch of goods including temperature testing & quality control
    • Demonstrate a solid understanding HACCP and Food Safety standards
    • Stock rotation and accurate stock control
    • Ensure cleanliness of all cool rooms and associated stores areas
    • Uphold tight security of all stock by ensuring compliance of all stores procedures by operational departments
    • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
    • Match delivery invoice to purchase orders, highlighting any discrepancies
    • Previous food and beverage experience highly desirable
    • Flexibility to a work a variety of shifts over a 7 day a week roster including morning, days and nights
    • Reliable own transport as some shifts are not supported by public transport to and/or from the airport

    Qualifications

    • Experience within a stores / warehousing environment essential
    • Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
    • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
    • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite
    • Proficient in numeracy and literacy skills
    • Walkie Stacker Certificate is favourable
    • Certificate in Asset Management or Warehouse Operations highly regarded
