- On the job training and ongoing support
- Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
- Comply with OHS responsibilities.
- Implement Customer service policies as directed
- Process customer orders.
- Generate picking slips, delivery tickets and invoices
- Respond to polyfoam web enquiries
- Maintain customer records
- Liaise with transport in regard to changes and cancellations of deliveries
- 2 years relevant experience
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Ability to multitask & work within a team.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Excellent phone manner
- Product Knowledge (training provided)
- Be reliable and willing to work full time hours
