    The role:

    Working alongside a Senior Property Manager and a wider Asset Management Services (AMS) team, your role will be to support our key clients in the day-to-day management of their commercial assets in line with obligations set out in the contract.

    Our AMS team is regarded as a leader in the provision of management services to some of Australia's most respected institutional and corporate clients.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Provide professional property management services to a portfolio of clients.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, operational staff, and clients.
    • Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients.
    • Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Collection of rent and arrears, including appropriate allocation
    • Liaise with Facilities Managers on compliance, changes/upgrades and health and safety items.

    • Have relevant experience in a similar commercial & retail property management role
    • Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property) (desirable not essential)
    • Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration. (OR ability to obtain the relevant certificate before commencement)
    • An energetic and proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and drive.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
    • Be a great communicator.
