Site Manager
Six Degrees Executive has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager, to join the team of a bespoke multi-residential builder on the Gold Coast. This is an initial 3-month contract opportunity, with the potential for future employment opportunities due to a strong project pipeline. In this role you will be leading a high performing team, driving the delivery of an extremely high-end, luxurious apartment building.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, including the subcontractors to ensure they adhere to the project schedule.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety on-site requirements.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with building regulations, planning permission and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a site manager, working on high-end multi-residential projects ranging from $25mil + in value.
• Strong level of construction knowledge, best practices, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• QBCC supervisors license and unrestricted driver's license.
• Proven experience with trade coordination / scheduling and program management.
• Relevant trade-based qualifications or certifications are highly desirable.
