Job summary Junior Project Engineer Ausenco is a fast-growing company with big ideas We redefine what's possible in some of the world's most complex projects and toughest environments Delivering innovative value-add consulting project delivery asset operations and maintenance solutions is what we do From 21 offices in 9 countries with projects in over 80 locations worldwide we create sustainable outcomes for our people clients and communities Our team is growing we are currently recruiting for a Junior Project Engineer to join our team in our Newcastle office an immediate start is available About The Role Entry-level to early-career role perfect for someone who is looking to build strong project engineering foundations while supporting the delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Engineer support the delivery of office or onsite project activities to ensure work is completed on time within budget and aligned with Ausenco's project objectives Assist with project coordination documentation performance tracking and development of engineering deliverables Support the preparation and distribution of meeting minutes action lists and follow-ups Help maintain project communication logs decision records and other coordination documents Work collaboratively with engineers and technical personnel to complete assigned tasks within the defined scope Contribute to managing work in line with the project schedule allocated budgets Assist with the preparation of weekly monthly internal client reports Update maintain deliverable lists under direction from the Senior Project Engineer Assist identify scope changes emerging trends relating quantity cost time support manage change process Development work package documentation including scope definition deliverable lists interface identification Support procurement market engagement activities required Maintain professional effective communication internal team members client personnel
