About your new job

Working closely with another payroll officer your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

•Preparing payroll on a weekly and fortnightly basis

•Calculating PAYG, super, and leave entitlements

•Responding to and resolving payroll queries

•Payroll reconciliation and month-end reporting

•Interpreting Awards and EBAs

•Calculate and process termination payments

•Maintain and ensure candidate files and details are accurate

•Set up new employees and assist HR when required

About You

To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have:

•A proven track record in Payroll and extensive experience

•Ability to work autonomously in a full-function capacity

•Understanding of Microsoft packages

•Previous experience with large payroll systems and T&A

•Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
