    Position: Business Analyst - Service Management and ServiceNow

    Responsibilities:

    Service Management Expertise:

    • Analyze and optimize service management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements related to service management.

    ServiceNow Ticketing System:

    • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
    • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to align with organizational processes.

    Requirements Gathering:

    • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.

    Data Analysis:

    • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.
    • Collaborate with business units to implement best practices in service management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on service management and the ServiceNow platform.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.

    Preferred Skills:

    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - IT Service Management.
