- Providing Level 2 and 3 support for customers to solve complex mining engineer problems
- Delivering training courses for clients as needed (face-to-face and online).
- Providing technical support for Micromine's global network of personnel and partners.
- Work closely with the development team, providing feedback on new features, and assessing impacts on support procedures and documentation.
- Senior site based experience in a mine production, planning or scheduling role – ideally in open pit.
- Hands-on experience with mine scheduling software. Experience using Micromine-Alastri software would be advantageous.
- Previous experience with technical support and training would be beneficial.

About The Opportunity
Our Micromine Australia team, based in Perth (HQ), are currently seeking a Mining Engineer to join them.
Being the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine, this role will put you at the forefront of technical support for Micromine Alastri customers, whilst also assisting with client training and product development.
