    About the Role

    We are currently looking for a 2:1 FIFO Project Manager to join our Adelaide team. AsProject Manager you will be responsible for the key deliverables of safety, quality, cost, and time and leading a cohesive project team. This will require exceptional organisational and leadership skills and reporting ability. This role will appeal to a proven Project Manager from a strong Construction background within the Transmission, Concrete Structures or Piling sector.

    • Ability to understand and review civil drawings
    • Liaise with supervisors and engineers to ensure works are carried out safely, on time and on budget
    • Manage suppliers, sub-contractors and other internal/external stakeholders
    • Structure work crews and assign resources to jobs/tasks with Hully Foundations Supervisors
    • Develop work methodologies and sequencing
    • Identify and mitigate potential HSEQ issues
    • Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners
    • Liaise with Hully Foundation Supervisor and client's Management Team to ensure efficient planning of works with all parties
    • Assist with identifying construction issues and developing resolutions
    • Familiarity with Australian Standards applicable to work scope
    • Report on budget, programme and HSEQ

    Skills & Experience

    • 2 + years of proven experience in Project Management on Heavy Civil Engineering Construction Projects, with a successful track record in delivering projects on time and within budget
    • Minimum Bachelor Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Geotechnical) (recognised by Engineers Australia) – preferred but not essential
    • Ideally, previous experience working in the Transmission, Piling or Heavy Civil Engineering Indusrty
    • Skills in relevant computer software packages; Microsoft Suite etc. are essential.
    • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and confidence managing trades
