A bit about the role: Here at Youth Projects our Youth Coaches are busy on the frontlines tackling the cycle of disadvantage every day,
breaking down complex barriers to employment of young people in your community through a holistic model of care.
You won't just help young people aged 15–25 find work, you'll empower them to build lasting skills,
confidence and independence. Using strengths-based case management approach,
you'll act as a mentor advocate and connector between young people and local labour market
