Duties and responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule work schedules and assign duties for workers
• Organise workflow between workers and driver
• Ensuring all workers have the resources required to fulfil their job requirement
• Schedule product delivery and ensure delivery schedule is on track
• Plan and review the overall status of projects on an ongoing basis
• Ensure that quality standards and safety precautions are followed and met
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must have experience with sheet metal welding
• Strong leadership and communication skills and an ability to solve problems quickly
• Must excel in time management and organisational skills, used to time sensitive and fast paced environment
• Be willing and able to work the hours necessary to get the job done
• Forklift Licence preferred but not essential
• Previous team management and sheet metal experience

preferred criteria is as follows:

• Ideally someone who has been working for at least 2 years in their current company
• 3 years management experience
• Can work Saturdays when required
