    Job Title: Credit Analyst

    Location: Freshwater Place or Allansford

    Business Unit: Group Finance

    Reports to: Credit Manager

    We are seeking a dedicated Credit Analyst to join our Group Finance team and play a crucial role in managing our credit and collections functions.

    Position Overview

    As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for managing an allocated debtor portfolio, maximizing cash flow, and building strong relationships with our clients and internal customers.

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Maintain a professional approach with customers and liaise with the Customer Service Team on order releases.
    2. Accurately allocate payments and claim deductions in SAP, ensure customer accounts are up-to-date, manage credit limits, and meet collection targets.
    3. Assess credit risk, prepare credit limit reviews, and monitor credit blocks in SAP.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • VCE or equivalent qualification; tertiary qualification preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a credit role within FMCG or a comparable industry; SAP experience preferred.
    • Proficient in SAP transaction processing, excellent time management, understanding of credit life cycle management, and credit risk assessment principles.
