Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment & Workforce Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, leading the new-starter experience and coordinating training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using Expr3ss
  • Lead the new-starter experience and ensure every employee is set up for success from day one
  • Coordinate training sessions and ensure all mandatory training and compliance requirements are completed within the first three months
