    The role

    As a Coordinator Business and Systems Improvement within our Strategic Business Services Branch, you will have a fantastic opportunity to utilise your project management skills by coordinating the delivery of quality outcomes.

    Strategic Business Services ensures that our Consumer Protection Divisions have the ability to be responsive and agile in an ever-changing environment.

    You will undertake research to identify both internal and external emerging trends, coordinate the development, management and implementation of complex projects and maintain and update current systems to ensure the delivery of services is high quality, customer focused, responsive, efficient and consistent with legislation.

    While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 12 months.
