    Key Responsibilities

    • NDIS Intake Coordination: Process and manage participant intakes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with NDIS requirements.
    • Service Agreement Management: Prepare, review, and maintain Service Agreements in alignment with NDIS guidelines.
    • Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting the team as needed.

    About You

    • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on NDIS processes.
    • Knowledge: Strong understanding of NDIS funding, Service Agreements, and compliance requirements.
    • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and autonomously when required.
