The roleThis exciting role presents diverse opportunities to influence the strategic direction of the organisation, whilst simultaneously shaping a positive service brand with the community, with a philosophy of "built by the community for the community." You will work cohesively with the CEO and Board of Directors, and various Board sub-committees, often influencing both internal and external stakeholders in the designated strategic direction of the service.
A key requirement will be to develop a property masterplan that supports the strategic direction of the hospitalAbout you:
You will possess a relevant tertiary qualification with extensive leadership experience, preferably within the health sector.
To be successful, you will:

Demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills;
Have proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including the media;
Demonstrate the capacity to manage multiple, complex tasks within set deadlines;

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing regional health service in a senior leadership role where you will be able to influence the future direction of the organisation.
Working with the facilities management team and recognising current and future usage opportunities you will help to improve capability and capacity across the region and improve outcomes for the community.
Salary is in line with the relevant government agreement and relocation assistance may be negotiated for the successful candidate.Your portfolio will include Brand and Communications, Foundation and Fundraising, Volunteers and Master Planning.
