The company This national property group has interests in a variety of commercial property.
They are a 'hands on' company and are actively involved in each of their assets, owning and managing.

With a key focus on tenant relationships and retention, they are highly successful in attracting key companies to their assets on long term leases.

The role:
Work with the Directors and broader team to establish strategic plans for the asset Develop and manage key tenant/stakeholders and build strong relationships Maintain the lease and property management database to a high standard Develop and maintain a leasing and marketing strategy for the asset Prepare monthly reports Monitor and control tenant rental arrears Support overall asset performance Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-4 years Property Management experience, preferably in a similar role with in an office asset(s)

A tertiary qualification in real estate, finance, investment, valuations or other related discipline providing skills and knowledge applicable to property Strong negotiation skills, with demonstrable experience Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders A reliable and dedicated self-starter attitude and be someone who can work independently but also enjoys team interaction and is collaborative Benefits:
