    The Role

    We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis. To be successful, you will need at least 5 years of relevant experience and applicable qualifications, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Work closely with our management team to optimize financial transactions and systems.
    • Lead our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly accounting entries, including accruals and impairments, for senior management.
    • Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Statement of Cash Flow) for our CFO and management team on a monthly basis.
    • Assist with due diligence on business plans and forecasting activities for our Board pack.
    • Maintain and monitor our accounting system and internal control system.
    • Oversee the use of accounts, including Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, General Ledger, and Balance Sheet.
    • Evaluate cash flow and financial risks associated with foreign currency payments if required.
    • Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties to support the team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
    • Strong Xero skills, with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
    • Professional, confident, and ambitious individual with the ability to take initiative and maintain high standards.
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills (English verbal and written).
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and administrative coordination.

    Job Details

    Full-time position with a competitive salary of $97,500 + Super per year.
