- Develop, produce and publish high quality knowledge content (quick reference guides, and frequently asked questions)
- Develop and produce troubleshooting content for Level 1 and Level support teams

- Deliver learning to targeted audiences via teams and/or face to face.
- Experience with technical writing and training is essential
