- several years of relevant experience in civil roads, water, rail, mining and delivery of capital works
- design knowledge needed but site management skills also essential
- well-developed consultative skills and demonstrated ability to manage complex personnel issues
- Infrastructure project management or contract management is a must in medium to large sized projects

With staff based mainly in Newcastle, they have steadily grown across NSW by providing their client base with high calibre service delivery based on a highly practical and experience-based approach. The current project portfolio includes a mix government, rail, mining and water industry clients.
