    The Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA)'s vision is to build a more disaster resilient Queensland.

    Join our Flood Risk Management Team in this newly created role where you will use your stakeholder collaboration expertise to lead multiple technical projects in flood risk management to ensure flood resilient Queensland communities now and into the future.

    Lead best practice end to end project planning and governance for multiple technical projects in flood risk management programs of work through a high level of stakeholder collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of program outputs.

    Provide expert knowledge and technical input into multiple projects under the Queensland Flood Risk Management Framework including the $31m Flood Risk Management Package and $10m Property Level Flood Information Portals.

    Lead the planning, monitoring and reporting of multiple projects ensuring project eligibility against funding guidelines and reporting requirements.

    Report on the governance, scope, cost, time of projects and develop communications for a range of internal and external stakeholders.

    Manage project and program risks through early issues identification with timely corrective actions and contribute to the continual improvement project and program risk management strategies.

    Procure and manage contracts where required to support deliverables for complex projects.

    Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with external stakeholders, particularly local governments and other state agencies while representing QRA's position.

    Lead and model highly collaborative internal relationships through the sharing of knowledge, experience and reflections as part of a wider team of multi-disciplinary specialists.
