    About the role

    In this role, you will:

  • Lead the implementation business process automation and manage operational of Business Systems with alignment to Global Digital Road map & planning
  • Always drive performance of accuracy of measurements and calculations in any aspects
  • Regularly guide the team members in any circumstances related to overcoming any issues, disputes, and problems with consideration of certain aspects
  • Encourage direct report to stimulate the development of analyzing, judging, and adapting to situation
  • Encourage team to always focus on the objectives, details, target, timelines, added values and sell it to the business
  • Actively investigate enhancements on Business Systems processes to increase performance and productivity
  • Regularly improve and review in the way team do the Planning Objectives each stream and roll out the method of planning monitor across all teams
  • Actively influence and encourage others to do research on increasing performance and productivity business regularly
  • Lead by example in seeking opportunities to improve the project performance from Systems Approach
  • About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Surveying/Geodetic Engineering
  • 7 years experiences in leading Business Systems in mining industry
  • Has capability in managing and supporting all innovations, and systems
  • Hold Certification of Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) IIBA
  • Has capability to design User Interface Models of Systems
  • Has capability in conducting and managing training and workshop
  • Hold Training of the Training Certification
  • Has knowledge of RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) and Technical Specification
  • Has capability in managing user requirement, business process and documentation
  • Has capability in managing project/system implementation (Project Manager)
  • Has capability in managing PMO Documentation for Any Technologies and Innovation
  • Has capability in internal Systems and Commercial Audit (as Auditor or Lead Auditor)
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skill in managing Project and hold peoples accountabilities
  • Strong Knowledge of TCI Mining Business
  • Demonstrate Risk Assessment
  • Demonstrate High Impact Presentation Skill
  • Strong English Skill and confident to communicate in English and possess skill in English written and business Writing
