    Tech Lead - Full-stack

    $180k + super + ESOP

    You'll be building a platform bringing in real-time customer feedback analytics across the world's leading tech companies. Having been through several iterations of the product, they've landed on something which is getting more traction than they had ever hoped for - there is already a lot of talk about the product and the business in the tech media across Australia.

    As the Tech Lead, you'll be a part of the founding team, you'll be working closely with the technical co-founder to take the product from early stages to market and beyond. Outside of the technical co-founder, you'll be the most senior tech person in the business and this really is something you'll look back on and think, "I was part of that"

    The tech stack is React, Node, Typescript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL and AWS. You'll get to build across the whole stack and be solving complex backend problems but there would be a leaning towards the frontend.

    Of course, there will be a healthy dose of AI thrown into the mix and so you'll get the chance to work with the founders to implement this and maximise it's potential.

    This is a key role for the business and so you'll be bringing in a lot of your experience. It's a start-up, so although there is a solid team around you, there is no hand-holding, you'll provide solutions and just get things done
