    The role:


    Calculate and process payroll and prepare other documentation related to the employment benefits, conditions, and entitlements of employees of the Agency regarding workers compensation payments on a state-wide basis.

    Process timesheets for those employees in receipt of workers compensation payments.

    Provide assistance to employees or key stakeholders on enquiries relating to workers compensation payments by phone or electronically and maintain a current working knowledge of workers compensation legislation.

    Provide assistance in the day to day operations of Injury Management by assisting with payroll processing, report production, and the maintenance of information systems and databases for workers compensation claims including workers compensation certificates and Return to Work Programs.

    Provide information to external stakeholders such as Services Australia, superannuation companies and the Director of Public Prosecution in relation to the preparation of file notes, correspondence, and other documentation for workers compensation claims.

    The Team

    The working environment is largely office based but may require occasional intrastate travel.
    Details of Appointment
    Permanent, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
    *notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

    Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.


    Salary:
    $71,661 to $77,455 per annum.

    Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
    Salary range is in accordance withPublic Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
