    Description

    The Human Resources Business Partner role works closely with our Cement and Lime business to manage employee and industrial relations, and supports the implementation of key People and Culture projects. Based in Munster, WA, at a major manufacturing plant, you will partner with business leaders across South Australia, the Northern Territory, New South Wales, and Western Australia.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Partner with operational leaders to understand business and workforce needs.
    2. Develop solutions to enhance employee experience and performance.
    3. Act as first point of contact for HR queries, issues, and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
    4. Provide accurate advice on employee matters to leaders.
    5. Manage complex case scenarios.
    6. Participate in Enterprise Agreement re-negotiations.
    7. Deliver programs at a divisional level.

    Requirements

    1. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or tertiary qualifications in HR or similar is highly regarded.
    2. A proven track record in People and Culture business partnering.
    3. Experience with collective bargaining and industrial relations.
    4. Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
    5. Advanced communication and influencing skills.
