    $83,706 - $89,659 + up to 15.4% superannuationThe Role

    The Business Quality role will support the UH-60 M Black Hawk quality and performance responsibilities, as well as compliance with the AASB Quality Management System (QMS).

    The tasks of the Business Quality officer includes (but not limited to) internal and external stakeholder engagement, development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions, analyse performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve the enterprise, supporting the Branch Quality team in the conduct of audits; conduct training of senior management on preparation for third party audits; corporate reporting activities, and maintenance of the UHSPO Quality System records.

    They will also be required to conduct quality source selection and process capability assessments of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions.

    The Army Aviation Systems Branch (AASB) purpose is to deliver military aviation systems to the capability managers.

    AASB is responsible for the acquisition and through-life support of all Army helicopters and tactical unmanned aerial systems through both Project Offices (PO) and Systems Program Offices (SPO) within Australia and overseas.

    Our Ideal Candidate

    The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within a program Business Quality and/or Performance Assurance Manager related position, having demonstrated the ability to coordinate and perform quality assurance, governance, auditing, and corporate reporting activities in compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, policies and procedures appropriate to the complexity of the Program.

    The successful candidate must have excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate and liaise with a range of technical and non-technical audiences within an integrated workforce, to convey messages and influence outcomes.

    The successful candidate will be organised, adaptable, flexible, self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced evolving environment.
