    The role As the Executive Director, Sector Lead Global Banks, Client Coverage based in Australia, you willbe responsible for fostering and developing relationships with ourcurrent customers in the sector and providing multi-product globalsolutions.

    You will work closely with our Client Management &Execution (CME) team and Transaction Banking and Enterprise Paymentcolleagues globally, credit and product partners across Global Marketsand Capital Markets to drive superior client oues, whilst alsodeveloping a deep understanding across all products relevant to theindustry.

    You will also be involved in the ongoing critical review ofthe portfolio for valued and strategic relationships across Bank Clients.

    This role reports into the Executive, Financial Institutions,ernment & Technology Sector.

    Expectations are that the successful candidate will put the customerat the heart of everything they do, provide consistent exceptionalcustomer service and advocate for the customer within NAB.

    Colleagues:

    Lead and develop the individuals in the Global Banks teamthat cover global bank relationships and correspondent bank productmarket penetration in multiple geographies (Australia, Singapore, London, New York).

    Lead people through coaching and thoughtfulfeedback and build a team first culture aligned with NAB and Corporateand Institutional strategy.

    Risk:
    Role model risk awareness andexceptional understanding of key risk factors for the business(AML/CTF risk and Credit risk).
    Hold individuals to highest standardin relation to these risks and support education and remediation ofany risk related development areas.

    Key Stakeholders:
    Regional Headsof Client Coverage in Asia, UK and US, Executive Transaction Bankingand Enterprise Payments, Executive, Markets, Executive Capital Markets, Head of Network Management, Head of Funding NAB Treasury, Head of Balance Sheet Management NAB

    Treasury Strategy:
    Continueexecution of current strategy to grow payment and deposit volume anddevelop new strategies to grow Markets/DCM revenues.
    Build strategicpartnerships with select banks where mutual beneficial rationaleexists.

    In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: Collaboratingand partnering between Client Coverage, CME, Credit and Product Specialists ensuring a seamless experience for the client Proactivelymonitoring risk and assurance requirements within agreed Risk Appetitecriteria and managing nonpliance in a timely manner Collaborate andwork closely with key product, portfolio management and creditpartners to deliver strong client oues and drive portfolio growth.

    Coach and mentor team members to build a high performing team andactively manage performance.

    Contribute to the sector strategy inregion as it relates to Bank clients, ensuring alignment on thisglobally in conjunction with international colleagues.

    Work withproduct partners and specialists to deliver the best of NAB to ourchosen clients by executing onprehensive and strategic client accountplans.

    Work with colleagues internationally to coordinate the globalcoverage model for our bank clients.
    Work with product partners andspecialist to critically evaluate the CORE client segment, determiningclients to both retain and exit.
    Protect, grow, and originate International Clearing business in AUD and NZD for our Platinum and Premier+ clients.
    Provide ongoing origination, service accountmanagement and administrative support for the Correspondent Bankingproduct to clients.

    Represent C&IB and the FGT super sector at client,industry and stakeholder regional and global forums both internallyand externally including risk/managementmittees and conferences.

    Attain/Maintain requisite DCA accreditation and support the portfoliodirector to ensure high Credit Risk quality across the subjectportfolio.
    Adhere to all regulatory and conduct requirementsconsistent with the local regulatory environment.
