- Execute CNC Machining including programming and operating a range of machinery including multi-axis lathes and machining centres
- Build your skill and knowledge in machining special steels
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide feedback via the maintenance management systems
- Learn about safety management
- Hold relevant mechanical trade qualification or be currently completing your apprenticeship
- Demonstrate an ability to read and understand G-Code
- Demonstrate an ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Have experience with Fanuc, Siemens or Fagor Controls is highly desirable.
- Utilise or working towards proficiency in CADCAM systems is highly desirable

Reliability, Engineering and Maintenance Services (REMS) The REMS department is responsible for providing reliability and maintenance support to Infrabuild's internal manufacturing businesses consisting of Steel making, rolling mills, wire mills and tube manufacturing. Comprising of a state of the art machine shop, fabrication and fitting, REMS is capable of manufacturing all parts required by the manufacturing businesses. The REMS team needs to be highly dynamic, responding to the manufacturing mills requirements, solving technical problems and delivering practical solutions.
