    Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday part-time permanent MYOB Bookkeeper for small well established Archirtectural firm in the CBD. For a MYOB wiz seeking a well managed stable employer.

    • Requires being a "wiz" at MYOB
    • Salary guide $70,000 to $90,000 prorate (18 hours a week)

    • MYOB AP AR: You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable using MYOB software.
    • Accounts Receivable: This includes generating milestone-based and timesheet-based invoices. As projects may involve variations in scope, timesheet-based invoicing ensures accurate billing.
    • Cost Control: The company utilizes "Add track," a New Zealand-based software, to effectively manage project costs. Your role will involve utilizing this software to control project expenses.
    • Office Management: The position also entails elements of office management. You will handle tasks such as ordering stationary and liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
