Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Restructuring, Recovery, and Insolvency Associate. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of restructuring and insolvency matters, and will have the ability to make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of restructuring and recovery strategies for corporate clients
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports related to insolvency matters
• Participate in meetings with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders
• Support the partners in all aspects of restructuring and insolvency engagements
• Assist with the preparation of formal insolvency appointments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in restructuring, recovery, or insolvency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CPA or CFA designation is a plus
