    Job Description

    As a Decarbonisation Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in driving our organisation's commitment to reducing carbon emissions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop prescriptive operational planning guidelines for electrified mining fleets.

    • Translate OEM manuals into mine design and operating standards.
    • Collaborate with geology, planning and operations teams to co-develop Electrical ROM Operating Philosophy.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:


    To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and possess strong analytical abilities. Additionally, your proficiency in developing business cases is highly desirable.


    • A Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field of study;
    • Prior experience working on decarbonization projects within the mining industry is advantageous but not essential;
