    As our Data Analyst, you will hold a pivotal role in bridging the gap between data-driven solutions and operational challenges on the factory floor.

    This unique position combines deep data expertise with a "product owner" approach.

    In this role, you will closely collaborate with operators, stakeholders, and the rest of the digital transformation team to identify, prioritize, and address data and analytics issues that impact operational efficiency.

    Our Mars Petfood Factory has recently undergone a significant investment over the last few years and will continue this journey to drive efficiencies with several large capital investments scheduled.

    What would be your key responsibilities?Work in partnership within the Digital team to drive transformative change and cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making.

    Develop and lead a data literacy program designed to empower associates to connect, innovate, and enhance their earning potential through improved data skills.

    Enable the business to make better-informed decisions, increase operational efficiency, reduce compliance risks, and maximize the business value of data products.

    Lead the end-to-end development of data products, collaborating closely with operators, production teams, and stakeholders to transform operational challenges into data-driven opportunities that generate value for the business.

    Collaborate with operators and frontline staff to identify real-time data-related challenges and opportunities for optimization.

    Translate user stories into clear sets of technical and non-technical requirements, optimizing scope to deliver maximum value with minimal investment while ensuring user adoption and adaptation.

    Facilitate cross-functional discussions and workshops to gather insights and perspectives from various teams, fostering a collaborative problem-solving approach.

    Align data and analytics efforts with the factory's operational strategy, ensuring that solutions directly address critical business needs and drive measurable outcomes.

    Regularly review and refine data solutions based on feedback from operators and stakeholders, continuously iterating on solutions to meet evolving needs.

    Effectively communicate progress, insights, and potential solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.

    Collaborate with operators to validate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, collecting feedback and data to measure the impact on factory operations.

    What are we looking for?Proven experience in Supply or Supply Chain, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Technical, Lean, Operations, or Logistics.

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, Business).

    Previous experience with Lean methodologies and knowledge of Lean management infrastructure, tools, and techniques, as well as Supply and/or Supply Chain applications.
