Description
As the leading heavy machinery group, our product range includes excavators, loaders, graders, electric machines, dozers, rollers, foundation equipment, and EWP, among others.
Responsibilities:
∙Develop the market in Victoria State extensively.
∙Visit customers to gather first-hand market information.
∙Enhance daily businesscommunication with distributors , authenticate networks, supervise, and assist distributors in improving operational efficiency.
∙Establish a model of customer development and distributor system led by the Group in Victoria.
Qualifications:
∙8 +years of progressively responsible experience in sales and marketing in the heavy machinery or related industries.
∙Experience in managing sales through dealers.
∙Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field required.
∙Ability to adopt a global perspective when making decisions.
∙Strategic clarity and business acumen.
∙Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
