    About The Role:

    As an Engineering Lead at Airwallex you'll be in a high-impact, hands-on role that collaborates with Product & Engineering teams across the organization.

    The role includes both people & technical responsibilities, and you'll be responsible for both the product delivery & overall health of the Engineering Team.

    This role will suit someone who is in a hands-on Lead or Engineering Manager role, and who has some front end development experience.

    We're building the Financial Infrastructure of the future, and you'll play a big part in our continued growth and success.

    About You:8+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on low latency, distributed systems2+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of developers Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Kotlin, Spring / Spring Boot Experience with either GCP or AWS and experience integrating with observability tooling such as Splunk, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana If this sounds like something you would be keen to hear more about, hit apply.
