About the Role

Our 2025 Graduate Program is your gateway to an exciting journey of professional growth and development with a dynamic organisation committed to growing future talent.

Our comprehensive 3-year program will enable you to develop your technical and professional knowledge and skills by participating in 2-3 job rotations. In each rotation, graduates are provided 1:1 mentorship, someone outside of your leader that will support your technical development. You will also have access to a number of formal professional and technical training programs, relevant to your role and your professional development goals.

Our diverse asset portfolio provides multiple opportunities across our Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth locations as well as a number of our operational sites, located across Australia.

Applicants will be graduating in 2024 from one of the following disciplines:

•Petroleum Engineering

•Mechanical/Mechatronic/Aerospace Engineering

•Chemical Engineering

•Electrical Engineering

•Civil Engineering

•Geoscience, Geophysics & Petroleum Geoscience

•Environmental Science

•Environmental Engineering
