    Job Purpose

    Manage the operations in good and close contact with the Internal and External customers, Manage service operations executed by the Technical Service Personnel. Ensures the optimization of QHSES and compliance to policies and regulations at work sites, onshore and offshore.

    Job Description

  • Plan, manage and coordinate assigned projects typically consisting of engineering, procurement, construction, and installation contracts.
  • Manages the detail commercial terms, schedule, risks, and financial performance of the project to deliver a quality product and services on time.
  • Collect and deliver information both internally and externally related to the job, preparation, and installation.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the service/rental/IC orders are executed and controlled as per TechnipFMC standards and give input/support to the SAP order entry/control function.
  • As SPM, you are responsible to face the customer for drilling/installation operations, hotshot manufacturing, and workshop orders, and therefore must support the customer throughout these activities to achieve customer success.
  • Able to work independently on more varied and complex tasks without direct supervision to successfully meet expectations.
  • Able to think ahead, check and make sure the right procedures are in place to be fully in control as errors could lead to delays, putting customer activities on hold, rework, PONC, high operational risks for people, the environment and equipment.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all HSE, BPMS, Quality procedures and TechnipFMC policies are adhered to always.
  • Monitors established performance indicators, including variance reports, production reports, quality reports, and FNC reports
  • Visits clients as required to review operations. Promotes Customer Service focused approach to business
  • Ensures that all organization activities and Offshore projects related operations under his/her perimeter are carried out in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations
  • You are meant for this job if:

  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:
  • Technical Education, BSc Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience can compensate for lack of formal competency
  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Management
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in the Oil and Gas Industry in an applicable job role (Service Technician, Field Engineer, WH and XT Engineer/System Engineer/Project Engineer) working with Surface equipment.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of the Oil & Gas business.
  • Good knowledge of surface wellhead and completion equipment.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of offshore operations.
  • Experience of managing employees.
