The Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will experience a truly diverse role developing trusted relationships with customers, providing advice, and offering a consultative approach to service.

• You will ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us while achieving the team sales targets.
• You will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for generating sales, processing transactions efficiently and accurately, conducting follow-ups with customers, and maintaining the overall look of the store.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in retail sales or a related industry
• A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Merchandising experience
• A mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
• Good rapport-building and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technology savvy and administrative skills
