    Quality Assurance Manager

    Salary: €60-95,0000

    Location: EU- Romania, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic

    Permanent contract; full-time, offering hybrid/ flexible working

    i-Pharm is exclusively partnered with a market leading clinical research organization in the Central & Eastern Europe. The company are headquartered in Hungary, in Budapest and are growing globally, having recently opened up an office in the US.

    The role is offering an QA Manager/ Head of QA to be based from the office in Poland or Hungary.

    The role will involve managing the current team and in the future growing the department's head count. The role will be focused on the implementation of QMS, reviewing and updating all SOPs and processes.

    This is an excellent role for a QA Manager who is passionate about the implementation of processes, has a long-term vision of continual improvement and enjoys working with a team to ensure the standardisation of QA activities.

    You will be someone who thrives with a project management setting; adapting plans and priorities to meet operational challenges or providing advice to external vendors in their area of expertise.

    Have experience with internal and external audits and ensure Client audits and Regulatory inspections have procedures in place to be executed

    Lead Quality function to meet international standards through a robust Quality and CAPA implementation process.

    Key requirements are:

    Previous experience with GCP is essential

    BSc degree (life science) or equivalent qualification/ experience with ISO 901

    Minimum 5-8 years' experience in Clinical Quality Assurance within a CRO or Pharma organisation

    You must also have a valid right to work/ visa for Hungary and be committed to working in office or a hybrid environment.

    Whats on offer:

    A competitive salary of €60-95,000 pro rata
