Why not continue to enhance your fantastic customer service skills in a professional office based role We are currently working with a client who is seeking people just like you to grow their current customer service team in the Hurstville area If this sounds like a role you're interested in then apply today Your new role As a customer service specialist you will be handling a high volume of inbound calls, and providing excellent levels of customer service to help customers choose the best plan for them, so if you have a genuine passion for customer service this is the role for you The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is experienced working towards KPIs. Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Making outbound calls to customers in a contact centre environment
  • Managing inbound and outbound emails
  • Managing your own portfolio of accounts
  • Maintaining customer payment records
  • Completion of administrative tasks
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Problem solving of general enquiries in a timely manner
  • Any other ad hoc duties Your skills and experience
  • High attention to detail and thrive and thrive in a high performing culture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Decision making skills and the ability to problem solve
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
