    Job Opportunity:

    We are seeking dedicated staff members to join our Ballarat team full-time for morning shifts. Our stable is a leading Thoroughbred Racing Stable with state-of-the-art facilities in both Ballarat and Angaston, South Australia.

    Position Overview

    • Work on a permanent basis with a one in three Sunday roster
    • Maintain the health and well-being of our horses through efficient horse husbandry and daily care
    • Daily exercising, swimming, and treadmill operations to ensure optimal fitness levels
    • Saddle preparation for trackwork sessions
    • Participate in race meetings and trials as required

    Key Responsibilities

    Our ideal candidate will have:

    • A strong background in horse care and management
    • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
    • Compliance with all relevant health and safety protocols

    Remuneration

    The successful applicant can expect above award rates commensurate with their experience.

    Requirements
