- Assist Category & Wholesales teams in management of all product master data tasks, including but not limited to, new product creation, supplier cost pricing, ranging, product amendments, pack and supplier changes
- Timely processing of all Product data requests, ensuring SLA's are met
- Generate any required product master data reports for internal stakeholders and suppliers, including notifications of New Lines and Deletions
- Partner with the relevant Category/Wholesale team members, to provide process/system support relating to product data
- Knowledge of data requirements and willingness to ensure adherence to standards and compliance measures
- Triage and resolve data syncing issues between NPC & Metproducts
- Support queries/requests relating to product master data from Category/Wholesale team members, and suppliers
- A background in FMCG is highly recommended.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer centric approach and a collaborative mindset to maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Displays high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
