ABOUT THE ROLE

Lake Imaging have a new opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor at St John of God Private Hospital Geelong. Reporting to the Regional Manager - Geelong, you will manage the day to day operational services within the site including maintaining a high quality, efficient imaging service for our patients and referrers; providing leadership and direction to staff under supervision; to managing rosters and leave for technical staff.

• Maintain a high-quality, efficient imaging service at SJG Hospital Geelong
• Foster a collaboratively with Radiologists, Modality Supervisors, and staff
• Manage daily operational tasks related to imaging services
• Serve as a liaison between SJOG Hospital and Lake Imaging
• Assist management in the ongoing growth and development of the organization
• Jointly responsible for daily staffing rosters

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years clinical experience in a Radiology practice
• Management or Chief Radiographer experience
• Demonstrated team leadership skills
• Excellent diagnostic imaging skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• A willingness and commitment to managing a professional imaging team
• Eagerness to participate in further education and professional development programs
• Understanding and compliance with our mission statement
