    The Roles

    • In-house commercial operations role. Suit applicants with procurement and commercial contracting experience and the ability to advise broadly across multiple business issues. Paying up to 240K. Client looking for consistent blue-chip employer experience and a top tier grounding
    • Boutique client – Expanding Melbourne Corporate team looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 3-8 years PQE advising across all aspects of Corporate Commercial work for HNW clients
    • In-house M&A/ Private Equity role in our prestigious client. Suiting senior level applicants. Applicants being considered anywhere between K. 12m contract
    • In-house legal procurement and operational advisory role. Large-scale contracts. Health Industry exposure and top-tier training helpful. 240K plus bonus
    • Top Tier client – Leading group looking for a Senior Associate to work on a range of cross-border and domestic M&A transactions in the Energy and Resources space
    • In-House role - Commercial and Regulatory x2 . Suit applicants out of a regulated industry environment or extensive sales and marketing advisory experience. The roles will suit K applicants
    • Top Tier client – Tier 1 client looking for corporate lawyer with 4-10 years experience to work across a mix of M&A, ECM and corporate advisory matters. Chambers & Legal500 ranked team and Partners.
    • New Law client – Exciting opportunity for mid-level SENIOR ASSOCIATE or SPECIAL COUNSEL LEVEL Corporate lawyer to work across mid cap public & private M&A and general corporate matters. Highly regarded firm with enviable culture.
    • Mid Tier client – Highly regarded mid tier looking for a Senior Associate level lawyer to work across M&A, IPOs, private equity, venture capital fund raising and investment, regulated and unregulated managed investment schemes.
