Our rebel Merrylands team is chasing energetic, hands-on Managers who can rally a crew of 15+, boost performance and keep customer service shining.
This is an on‑the‑floor, set‑the‑pace kind of role, perfect for leaders who love coaching, developing talent and staying cool when the store gets loud. You'll be stepping into a tight-knit team backed by a long‑standing Store Manager who supports without micromanaging and leads with transparency, trust and teamwork.
If you're all about people, pace and maybe even love a bit of sport on the side, it's time to suit up and join the locker room.
- Flexible roster – Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, because your days off matter too

Our Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Retail management experience
- The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
