    Description

    **Workshop Leadership Role**

    We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our high-volume service workshop. As the ideal candidate, you will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing day-to-day operations.

    About the Role

    • The successful applicant will be responsible for controlling and allocating workflow to maximise technician productivity.
    • Loading jobs accurately based on skill level, capacity and priority is also a key responsibility of this role.
    • This leader must monitor job progress to reduce delays, rework and bottlenecks within the workshop.

    In addition to these responsibilities, they must act as the critical link between technicians, service advisors and management ensuring smooth communication throughout the operation. They will support Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager in achieving daily targets while maintaining high quality work standards across all workshops..
