- Previous site based Supervisory experience – that's why we don't need to post a JD here, you know what you are doing.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills – being able to organise a team as well as yourself is second-nature.
- Excellent communication (pun intended) and interpersonal skills – you know how to get the best out of those around you.
- Problem-solving mindset – one of your key strengths will be able to see the big picture and how to navigate the inevitable challenges.
- Section 44 or Section 26 Statutory Supervisor certification essential.
- Working at heights competency preferred.
- WA driver's licence.
- Current National Police Clearance.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be located in the Pilbara region of WA, supervising construction of telecommunication towers.
This is a contract role until the end of we get that this won't appeal to everyone, but we aren't looking for everyone. This is the opportunity for a Civil Supervisor to get in and make yourself indispensable with the client already seeing that this will become a permanent role for the right fit.
