    Job Description

    We are looking for AHPRA Full Registered Psychologistswho can deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support to clients in Port Macquarie NSW.

    The role is available for both full-time and part-time.

    Working as part of a dynamic team of mental health professionals, we are seeking clinicians who can build rapport with clients and give them the confidence to overcome their challenges, which range from anxiety and depression to personality disorders and relationship issues.

    Be your best in a supportive team environment while avoiding the risk of burnout or clinical fatigue. In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. Activities may include:

    • EAP treatment
    • Early intervention programs
    • Mediation and conflict resolution services
    • Medicare treatment
    • Participating in pilots and research to design and implement new ways of working with injury and illness
    • Psychological assessments
    • Workcover/CTP treatment intervention
    • Workplace mental health training
    • Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals
    • Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals to assist people fully re-engage with the community.

    Qualifications

    Joining our team of mental health professionals is straightforward. But first, you need to meet a few mandatory requirements:

    • Psychologist with Full AHPRA Registration;
    • You have permanent residency in Australia;
    • You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
    • You want to part of a dynamic, social and hard-working team.
