- Handling financial month-end reporting for 4 different entities (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
- Conducting bank and GL reconciliations
- Managing BAS and GST for multiple entities
- Supervising payroll for around 150 contractors
- Handling Payroll Tax, superannuation, and workcover calculations and payments
- Assisting with FBT returns
- Coordinating with external accountants for year-end reporting and tax schedules
- Reconciling intercompany accounts
- Preparing sales reports and commission calculations
- Forecasting cashflow
- Supervising AP and AR processes
- Providing ad hoc reports for business owners

The Role
Working closely with a small group of Directors, you will dive right into a range of hands-on daily responsibilities. Each day brings new challenges with diverse tasks to keep you engaged. Collaborating with two experienced, committed Bookkeepers, you will play a crucial role in the company's achievements.
