    Description

    The Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service is seeking Remote Community Connectors to work collaboratively with local and remote community members. These individuals will provide relevant information and refer people with disability and their families to the National Disability Insurance Scheme Coordinator.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reside locally in one of several designated towns or communities
    • Be accepted by the community as an RCC
    • Attend NDIA training and support sessions
